It’s our very first newsletter for the year and we are raring to go! I don’t know about you, but 2013 promises to be a great year. There’s just something about this year that makes me feel so hopeful. Its so full of promise! Can you feel it? I know it’s the norm to make new year resolutions at the beginning of each year and while it’s not exactly the beginning of the year, its our first newsletter for the year (can you feel the excitement!!!), and we have made it our resolution to be ‘more’; more interactive and more engaging, more than you ever asked for.

Our theme this month is on handling workplace stress. Like with new beginnings, achieving our goals exerts some pressure on us. Pressure of course is necessary for growth and development but too much of it unfortunately has a negative effect. This issue is geared towards managing those factors that cause stress.
