Hans Jakob's session will look at how people personality types influence their behaviors and productivity at work, and he will offer suggestions, strategies and tools HR professionals can apply to staff and those that manage them inorder to get the best out of them.

About Hans Jakob Walhovd.
Since 2004 Mr Walhovd has held the position of Managing Director for Inscape Partners International ApS, a HR Solutions company currently operating in over 60 countries worldwide, headquartered in Denmark.Hans_Jakob.jpg
Hans Jakob's over 20 years work experience transcends Human Resources, Management Consulting and IT Solutions in different roles encompassing the areas of Leadership, Strategy, Business Development, Human Resource Management and Learning/Development. Mr Walhovd holds an Executive MBA from the Copenhagen Business School, and specializes in the areas of business strategy development.
Previously, Mr Walhovd served as an Operational Naval Officer with the Royal Danish Naval Academy. He is married with two daughters and speaks fluent English, German, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
